Filling my cup by waking up early to walk outside before work with my coffee and read a few pages!!!!! Realizing I feel like a new person when I add a few extra minutes for this

Filling my cup by honoring my body’s need for more rest — slowing it down in my second trimester with more reading, long walks and good food.

I’m in my 2nd trimester too and the slowing down and savoring has been such a treat. ✨

Filling my cup by choosing to read on the front porch after long days of parenting, instead of numbing out with a TV show (which can be delightful when needed). Reading has always been a love of mine and it feels good to tap back into that love and almost feel like a child again, reading late into the night ✨

Filling my cup by going to dance classes- trying something new! It’s outside my comfort zone but feels good to be a beginner and stick with it, and (slowly) get better.

Filling my cup by getting into routines to feel like myself postpartum - like getting my nails done! A small act that makes me feel so much more like me again.

Finally getting my nails done! Long overdue and I love the disconnecting nature of a mani-pedi moment. Nothing to do but meditate!

Filling my cup by taking more intentional small breaks through out my day! Listening to a pod (CWC<3), reading a Substack, or going for a walk!

Just had a baby two weeks ago - feeling my cup by enjoying every second of baby snuggles and slowing down to soak up this stage. Also repeating the same 2 AM mantras!!
