The second edition of Quiet Your Mind & Busy Your Hands is here and I am SO excited!!!!



This journal was born from three simple, healing practices that have supported me through anxiety, self-doubt, and overwhelm: journaling, positive affirmations, and coloring.
Journaling helped me quiet my mind, especially during tough times like recovering from a concussion and becoming a mom. Positive affirmations became a powerful part of my routine years ago. They initially focused on healing my relationship with my body, but now remind me daily that I am enough and I’m capable of anything I set my mind to.
Coloring gave me a creative way to stay present, especially as someone with ADHD. That’s why I teamed up with artist Hannah Sheridan (@hannah.sheridan.design) to bring you these beautiful 5x7 coloring affirmations you can frame or gift.



The first edition was so well-received that we made a second one for you all!! It is the same structure as the first book but has 30 new journal prompts, 30 new coloring images, and 30 new affirmations. PLUS a satin ribbon bookmark and a beautiful new green color.
