Everything and anything you could want to know about our recent Disney trip with two kids under 4. The motherland of information for our trip!

So I officially am (re)obsessed with Disney World?? It’s funny because I have always been ecstatic to take my kids to Disney one day as I have such incredible memories of our family trips as a kid, but some of my friends having been texting me that this is all very “off-brand” and I have continued to remind them that my favorite part of motherhood is leaning into the childlike wonder and joy and feeling like a kid again and Disney is the ultimate place to do so. Plus, if there is one thing about me, it is that I am going to lean all the way into things if my kid’s love them (hence us staying at a Cars themed hotel). Overall, this trip was such a core memory for our family and I am already excited for the next time we go and brainstorming how to make it possible. I never imagined I’d be a Disney adult, but here I am as a full-blown Disney-loving-mom.

I have so much to say about this experience and want to try to keep this as organized as possible so it can really be the “one-stop shop” for me to direct anyone who has questions about our Disney trip. Of course, I’m sure I’ll miss some things or forget to include some points, so if you have any additional Qs or tips please head to the comment section!

Before I dive into any of this, I want to highlight my friend who planned this entire trip for us and made any of this possible - Natalie of @happilyevertravelled. We had an initial call about dates, budget, who’d be going, current interests, general desires, etc and then she put together the perfect itinerary, booked everything, and held my hand throughout the entire process. If you are looking to go to Disney with young kids, I cannot recommend her enough!!
