I joined a local chapter of MomCo a couple years ago and they have groups all over the country. They do have a religious affiliation so that’s something to consider but it’s been a great way to meet other moms in the same life stage!
Loved this conversation! So much great information for me to take away in supporting others and the boundaries conversation was great. I grew up similar spending Christmas leaving early, spending hours in the car, and getting home late, and then the day was over. So when my son was born, starting with his second Christmas, we decided that we wouldn’t be traveling, but would welcome others to our home if they would like to spend some time on the actual holiday!
