Filling My Cup with Launching The Quiet Your Mind 2nd Edition, a 72 Hour Girls Trip, and Somatic Exercises to Release Stored Stress
Happy MAY!!! Cannot believe it! All day yesterday I was obviously singing the Justin Timberlake “it’s gunna be may” meme, as I do every year. I am writing this with an extremely full cup from my girls and just so eternally grateful for girlhood. I know I talk about this a lot, but my female friendships are so important to me, and I am very protective of them (both the people and the friendship). Because of that, I continuously prioritize them. Whether it be phone calls or texts checking in or walks or girls dinners or a trip like this. Joe and I are both in agreement that our friendships outside of each other are wildly important for our mental health and overall wellbeing and are very intentional in prioritizing time for them. We stayed at one of my favorite getaway oases, Commodore Perry Estate in Austin, and it was perfect. The hotel in and of itself is stunning and the service and food are also incredible, making it a top-tier experience.
My cup also feels extremely full from launching the second edition of Quiet Your Mind & Busy Your Hands!! This has been a behind-the-scenes project for the past few months to get you all new journal prompts, affirmations, and coloring images and I am so pleased with the final result and, as always, the reception! You all continue to blow me away. We also launched a new website that I am obsessed with thanks to Jenna Feintuch!

What I’m Watching -
30 Days of somatic exercises to release stored stress - I recently came across this video while I was scrolling and then went down a rabbit hole of looking at her content around somatic exercises to release stored stress and safe to say I began doing all of them right then and there. What a positive scrolling experience for me!!
What I’m Listening To -
Good Hang with Amy Poehler - As a huge Amy Poehler fan, I am loving her new podcast!
What I’m Reading -
Wild & Wrangled - The most recent and I believe last (??) of the Rebel Blue Ranch series. To be honest I had kind of forgotten all of the other characters from the previous books of this series since I read them what feels like so long ago so I lacked that “skin in the game” if you will of an ongoing series, but it was still a quick and easy and enjoyable read. I can’t say I loved it, but it scratched my romance novel itch
What I’m Wearing -
Jean Shorts - I realized I had been telling everyone that the shorts I wore in Disney were “super old Zara” and they infact were not! I found the link for you all to make sure you had them for the upcoming warm weather!
Silk Tie Blouse - This top was definitely a little out of my comfort zone, but many of you seemed to love it so I’m linking here! Was comfortable and feel like it had a side of sexy to it
Tennis Edit - Now that tennis season is upon us (and I am so excited about it!!!) I put together some of my favorite tennis looks that you can shop!

What I’m Loving -
Sound Machine / Alarm Clock - Whenever I travel I realize just how much I am dependent on and obsessed with my sound machine and alarm clock. Between the pink noise I have on all night to the gradual sunrise and birds chirping that wake me up, it is an unparalleled sleep experience
Innervrse - For my mushr00m lovers, I’ve been really enjoying this brand - both the micro and the macro depending on the occasion. Use code CAMERON for 10% off!
Theragun Mini - I always loved the huge theragun my parents had and I am now using this mini almost every single night on different parts of my body that are sore. Turns out being a mom is physical as hell and this travel massage gun helps a ton with the aches and pains
What I’m Writing About/Journaling -
What My Family is Loving -
Sneakers - Whenever I post a photo of my kid’s sneakers I get a ton of Qs where there from and I am a bigggg fan of certain Zara sneakers. We need arch support over here and I feel like they have some great affordable options. We currently love these, these, these, and these
Sophia Grange’s Amazon collab - I’m not the biggest fan of the boys stuff from this collab, but I think the girls stuff is so adorable so I obviously got some for my niece!!
Picnic Table - I keep getting requests for lists of my outdoor toys and I know I owe people that, but here is the picnic table that we have and love!!
How I’m Filling My Cup - Giggling with my girlfriends and dancing on couches in our hotel room after dinner.
First off…congratulations on the second edition!!! So incredible excited and proud! Second, seeing the joy and happiness in every moment of your girls trip brought me joy! I know you were all grateful to get together and make all the memories! Have an amazing weekend with your sweet boys and thank you for all the fun content!💙 oh!
