Happy Friday my people! I’m headed to something fun tonight (cue Eagles!!!!! Peep my stories for more context tonight) and am excited for a family and friends packed weekend with birthday parties and hangouts. Life has felt hectic lately but in a beautiful kind of way so I’m fully leaning into the duality of it all - I’m feeling grateful, overwhelmed, excited, tired, and all of the things in between. And that’s OKAY. Once I started accepted that versus trying to “perfect” everything I realized that I can live in this middle ground more enjoyably.

Supporting Your Partner’s Mental Health and Parenting with Intention with My Husband, Joe
In this episode, my husband, Joe, joins me to talk about parenting, marriage, and how our relationship has evolved over the years from dating in high school to being parents of two. Joe shares his perspective on having a partner who struggles with mental health, how he best supports me, and reflects on whether he feels guilt or FOMO as a father when he …
What I’m Watching -
Literally nothing recently?!? I cannot remember the last time I put something on the TV and enjoyed it. If you have recommendations please leave some in the comments. I miss good TV
What I’m Listening To -
Lola Young Radio - My friend recently sent this playlist to our group chat and I’ve had it on ever since.
What I’m Reading -
Off To the Races by Elsie Silver - I’ve read & loved a lot of her books (recently the Wild Eyes one I loved & of course chestnut springs), but this one was kinda meh to me. I didn’t really connect with either character too much and it was a little too much horse / racing talk for me. It was fine, but nothing I’d say you MUST read
Conversations with Cam in Us Weekly - Never thought I’d say those words! As someone who used to obsess over pop culture magazines (I could not relate further in this stage of my life), Us Weekly was a favorite of mine. So to see the pod mentioned and, most importantly, in the same paragraph as Taylor Swift!? I was squealing with joy. Read the piece here!
I haven’t read yet but I am SO excited to dive into the Power Pause because I love everything
puts out there and I am such a fan of how she is reframing this time many mothers spend to focus on staying home with their children
What I’m Wearing -
Jones Road - I’ve shared about my love for this makeup brand before, but I am utterly obsessed with all of their products and feel like they are my ideal “no makeup / makeup” look. Shop my favorites here!
Week’s Round of 365 Days of Dressing for Me
Eyeing Some Things at Shopbop - I tend to peruse the “what’s new” on the Shopbop app quite often, and here are some things I have my eye on
What I’m Eating -
Beeya Seed Cycling - I’ve been seed cycling for 3 months now to help with my period symptoms (ovulation depression and horrific cramps during the onset of my period) and I don’t know if it’s this or the mix of this and acupuncture but this past cycle has been the most manageable one in forever. You simply add a scoop to a meal a day (I put it in my smoothies or on my yogurt) depending on whether you’re in phase 1 or 2 of your period. It is SO easy.
Welcome Home - I get so many options on what to send or order for postpartum moms in terms of food and this company is an amazing option. The meals are DELISH!! Plus we now have a code - CAMERON10
What I’m Doing -
Sage & Sound Event - I’m so excited to announce that we have another FF Fam event coming up AND its on the weekend!!! (per many people’s requests). Come join a sound meditation focused on the Quiet Your Mind & Busy Your Hands journal and adult coloring affirmation book. Plus, your ticket includes a journal! Buy your ticket HERE and use code CAMERON for 20% off
What I’m Loving -
Being Frenshe Products - I recently was introduced to Ashley Tisdale’s brand, Being Frenshe, and I’ve become a huge fan. I put together all of my favorite products here
What My Family is Loving -
My husband’s hand-me-downs!!! I don’t know how, but my MIL has somehow managed to keep (most importantly and impressively, in good condition) so many of my husband’s things from when he was a kid and they are my toddler’s favorite things. Whether it be his Toy Story toys or, more recently, his Peter Pan costume, they are the most prized possessions of our household. It’s really making me question my purges and consider potentially keeping more things for the future generations…

How I’m Filling My Cup -
Chopping off my hair!!! I had been craving a change recently, specifically with my hair, and I’m so happy with the final result. I’ve gotten a few Qs on what I specifically asked for so, thanks to my TikTok community, here it is: long layers with curtain bangs that I can tuck behind my ears.
Happy Friday! I loved the podcast this week with Joe!! So good! Loving your daily outfits. It gives me inspiration on the weekends to put a little more effort into an outfit as I wear scrubs all week! And you got to meet Kylie! So fun! Have a great weekend with your sweet boys!💙💙💙
Nothing is worse than a TV rut (except a book rut?) Here are some ideas…
- The Diplomat (Fun! Sexy! Kerri Russell!)
- Black Dove (Fun! Sexy! Kiera Knightley!)
- Somebody Somewhere (so beautiful and heartwarming but always real, never sappy. Give it two eps before you make a call)
- Hacks (one of the best shows on tv atm IMO)
