Feeling all the feels with Cookbook Author Carissa Stanton
Chatting about wedding planning, SSRIs, and food with my close friend and cookbook author(!!!), Carissa Stanton
Happy podcast day my people - I am so excited to share this week’s episode with you! Today’s guest is one of my close friends and a three-peat guest, Carissa Stanton. I met Carissa when she first came on my show back in COVID times and immediately fell in love with her content. She makes delicious, surprisingly simple, recipes that I continuously fall back on. On the nights I’m not sure what to make and I want someone to tell me what to do, I’m heading to Carissa’s Instagram (@broccyourbody).
I am also SO excited to announce that she just released her first cookbook, Seriously, So Good, and I can confirm, it is freaking amazing. She’s been working on this for over two years and I am so proud and excited to celebrate its release! If you haven’t already, you must get a copy for your kitchen countertop. I’ve already gone through it and bookmarked all of the recipes I want to make and my god there are a lot of them.
We recorded this episode last Monday and I was so honored to be Carissa’s first stop on her book press tour. We wrapped up and she ran off to go on live TV (no big deal)!
